Ovar'coming Together is committed to providing quality educational materials to the communities we serve.
Ovar’coming Together is pleased to present free seminars on ovarian cancer to your employees or community organization within the state of Indiana. Free literature about ovarian cancer is given to each person attending the presentation. A question & answer session follows each presentation. To schedule a presentation, please call at least one month in advance of your meeting date.
If you are interested in helping us spread the word about ovarian cancer in Indiana, contact Ovar’coming Together and we will send you a free supply of literature and literature displays so you can promote awareness at your business, house of worship, library, beauty salon, community organization, and so on. Individuals interested in learning more about ovarian cancer for their own purpose may also contact Ovar’coming Together to receive free literature through the mail.
Contact Ovar’coming Together to staff a booth at your upcoming health fair. Our booth display includes a table-top display, free literature, and Ovar’coming Together representatives who can answer specific questions your health fair attendees might have. To schedule Ovar’coming Together for a health fair located in Indiana, please call at least one month in advance of your date.
Ovar'coming Together's Life Celebration Quilt - a tribute to women who have received an ovarian cancer diagnosis - is also available for display. Inquire about the quilt's availability when you call.
Nothing more effectively puts a face to an illness than meeting patients who have received a cancer diagnosis and learning from their experiences. Contact Ovar’coming Together to schedule such a meeting for the staff of your medical facility. Ovar’coming Together will send a representative to your location to discuss her own individual experiences and challenges with ovarian cancer. A question & answer session follows each presentation.
